Background
Communication has always been at the center of what I do.
As a trained and former professional singer, I developed an early sense for presence, expression, and how to truly reach an audience. This naturally evolved into a deeper interest: how humans understand each other—and why they often don’t.
During my Bachelor in Business Administration with the major in communication and marketing, I explored this question academically. My thesis focused on analyzing motivation patterns of stakeholders through communication methods, laying the foundation for my analytical and structured approach to human interaction in business.
Over the past 15+ years in leadership roles—primarily in IT, but also across different industries—I have continuously refined these skills in real environments: with real people, real challenges, and real consequences.
To complement my practical experience, I completed a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Business Intelligence. This allowed me to deepen my ability to gather, interpret, and use information effectively—connecting human dynamics with data-driven decision-making to drive meaningful and sustainable change.
What I Believe
Throughout my career—leading teams, managing change, and building structures—I observed a recurring pattern:
Most problems are not caused by lack of competence.
They are caused by miscommunication, lack of clarity, or missing honesty.
“Strong communication skills” are often listed as a requirement—but rarely truly defined, trained, or measured.
In reality, exceptional communication goes far beyond techniques or frameworks.
It requires the ability to:

This is where honesty becomes essential.
Not as a tool.
But as a core principle.
In both professional and personal situations, I noticed that unresolved conflicts, frustration, or failure almost always came down to one common denominator: dishonesty—or the feeling of not being fully informed, not taken seriously, or not included.
On the other hand, even difficult or uncomfortable situations changed fundamentally when approached with clear, respectful, and honest communication.
Honesty can be challenging.
It takes effort, clarity, and courage.
But it creates something that no strategy alone can achieve:
real understanding, trust, and sustainable results.
